Diaspora Cuisines (Motherlands)

Artists United is unapologetically in support of people indigenous to the continent of Africa. In honor of the ancestors sold, enslaved and shipped to every continent on earth during the transatlantic slave trade (aka the diaspora) we want to celebrate the foods of the various sub-cultures created in a single restaurant. The restaurant would include culinary masterpieces from Africa, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Haiti, Brazil & the USA (southern states). Additional cuisines may be included as later menu items. We ask our culinary geniuses to help generate culturally diverse meals filled with soul.
